Intuit’s Small Business Self-Employed Customer Success organization is looking for an Executive Assistant to be a strategic Business Partner to the VP of Ecosystem Growth and Retention and up to three directors. This EA will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, proactive, and capable of managing their workload while enabling their executives to successfully manage their workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 5+ years working at the Executive Administrative level, effectively supporting multiple leaders at one timeAdvanced Outlook calendar management is criticalProficient knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Slides, Sheet and Doc), Box skillsStrong organization, project management and problem-solving skillsPossess strong interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service perspective (internal, as well as external), and can handle issues with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and urgencyFriendly and professional demeanor, with a “can do” attitudeAbility to act quickly from one task to another, seamlessly and professionallyProven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervisionBe highly proactive and take ownership to anticipate needs and adept at managing up and downstream to ensure deliverables are met timely and accuratelyMust be able to work independently, have a commitment to high levels of customer service and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects
