As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers
- Assist with billing and payment collection processes

-Go over treatment plans with patients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in office administration tasks, data entry, and record keeping
- Experience working in a dental office preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures and eaglesoft
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.40 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
