Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our bustling startup environment.
- Manage schedules, communications, and logistics with a proactive approach, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in events and meetings, offering support and gaining insights into the forefront of AI consultancy.
- Quickly adapt to and master Google Workspaces and HubSpot, contributing to our growth and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- A strong work ethic, adaptability, and a desire to wear many hats within a startup environment.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or similar, with a keen interest in AI and technology.
- Comfortable working in-office 4 days a week with a flexible remote option, transitioning to a more flexible schedule.
