Business Analyst Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be a critical piece of a growing Business Intelligence team focused on using data from across disciplines and industries to provide insights to end users. Your role will focus on scoping, managing and participating in cross functional projects using data produced by our clients and business partners to create reports, models, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

(include, but are not limited to)

• Completes RFPs for new and existing clients
• Creates and maintains reports for both internal and external users using a variety of tools, such as Excel and Power BI
• Creates financial, S&OP and operations models
• Facilitates operations and financial forecasting
• Performs trend and forecast performance analysis

Requirements

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changes
• Ability to think analytically and problem-solve
• Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or similar required
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Experience creating KPIs, dashboards and executive reports, preferably in PowerBI
• Experience with project-based work
• Experience with SQL a plus
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query
