Assistant Bank Manager

As a Banking Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their banking needs. ```Duties```
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Provide information on bank products and services to customers
- Process loan applications and assist with loan origination process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act)
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

```Skills```
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines and loan origination process
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in math calculations for accurate financial transactions
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
