Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst
Location: Cayce, SC (hybrid)
Pay Rate: $50-$55/hour on W2.
Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):

• Lead both on-boarding and enhancement projects for the clients Salesforce Center of Excellence.
• Sr Business Systems Analyst will help to ensure that both IT and Salesforce best practices are followed, while working collaboratively across all IT development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Enterprise Risk Management requirements are met, while working collaboratively with the IT infrastructure team and application architects for application deployment and maintenance.
• Identifies opportunities to apply Salesforce technologies to business processes, through research and fact-finding.
• Role is established in the Information Technology function.
• Develops and maintains credibility, and effective working relations, with both user and IT personnel.
• Demonstrates to clients an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues, and priorities.
• Participates in less complex technical studies to evaluate business requirements and recommends solutions.
• Works with an individual business unit on multiple concurrent project assignments.
Translates business requirements into technical specifications for contract/offshore resources and monitor's progress.

What education and certifications/licensures are required?
College degree or equivalent experience

Any experience with Salesforce cloud products and/or utility related experience
