Cloud Support Associate

We are currently seeking a remote Cloud Support Associate for an 8 to 12-month contract with strong likelihood to extend or converting to hire. The Cloud Support Specialist will work to support and maintain cloud-based solutions.

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern

Note: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Not open to C2C or 1099.

Responsibilities:

• Modifying and improving existing systems.
• Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
• Supporting modular cloud-based systems.
• Maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
• Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
• Interacting with clients, providing Cloud Support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
• O365 administrative support, Exchange configuration, mail flow support, SharePoint and Teams configuration.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the field of cloud computing.
• Experience with cloud computing services in AWS (example: EC2) and Azure Virtual Machines.
• Experience supporting on premise servers running either Physical, Hyper-V, or VMware.
• Office 365 experience is needed for Mail, SharePoint, MSTeams.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
