OPPORTUNITY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, maintain, and analyze data to support professional learning partnership work (30%)
- Gather information and materials from internal and external partners about clients, staffing, and financial matters
- Compile details in central locations such as Google Suite or Salesforce CRM (depending on the nature of the information)
- Ensure data is being entered and communicated in an accurate and holistic manner
- Meet regularly with assigned Partnership Directors to review relevant data and outstanding tasks
- Generate and publish reports using data from Salesforce
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external partners in a timely, informative, and professional manner, or route the inquiry to the appropriate person for response
- Support sales- and business-specific processes to effectively and efficiently prepare for the delivery of high-quality professional development by the Partnerships and/or District Partnerships teams
- Collaborate with partners to identify the needs and parameters for documents (such as service proposals and contracts)
- Generate contracts using predefined templates, or facilitate the completion of contracts and other documents sent over by external partners
- Track documents throughout contract duration, maintaining updates as needed
- Coordinate with special billing partners to establish their billing standards
- Compile data related to invoicing for special billing partners from Partnership team staff and Salesforce
- Convey special billing information to the Accounts Receivable team for invoicing purposes
- Follow up on any outstanding invoices
- Share feedback related to practices and systems with the Director of Business Planning to continuously improve the function of the team.
- Partner with other departments and stakeholders across the organization to support each others’ work and contribute to the broader success of EL Education

Skills and Experience
- 2+ years experience providing proactive communication and related services to clients required
- 1+ year experience with entering data into a central repository required; Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Google Suite and MS Office proficiency required; Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
- 4-year college degree in business, marketing, economics or education-related field or 2-year degree with specialized training in business preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The starting salary range for this position is $43,000 - $59,400 annually. We offer a wide variety of benefits, including paid time off, 403b match, paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision insurance, and more.
This position is remote (US) with up to 20% domestic travel. The ability to work primarily on East Coast time is preferred but not required.
