Bookkeeping Assistant

Shells Only, Long Island’s premier construction company is seeking an energetic assistant to our Bookkeeping department.

Must possess the following skills:

• Must be adept at data entry in a Windows based environment.
• Must possess an excellent phone manner and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to scan internal documents.
• Outgoing personality – must be able to greet customers in the showroom.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Clerical – filing.
• Organization skills are a plus.
• Must have previous experience.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
