A very busy Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability law firm is seeking an experienced office manager to assist in the the day-to-day management of the firm.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing salaries and benefits
- Handling budgets
- Billing and collections
- Managing staff and facilities
- Recruiting/hiring new staff
- Coordinate Marketing
Bookkeeping experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
Must have minimum 3-5 years management experience.
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office.
