Administrative Assistant - Billing & Customer Service Coordinator & Dispatch

Small electronics service company located in Plainview, New York is looking for a motivated self starter to join our team.

IMMEDIATE OPENING AVAILABLE

Front office functions include:

• Create Invoices to customers (Using Quickbooks)
• Scheduling service calls with third parties and manufacturers as needed.
• Dispatch of service technicians.
• Arrange travel for service technicians
• Provide good CUSTOMER SERVICE and support.
• Data entry
• Parts Ordering & Expediting
• Telephones

Looking for someone who has a long term view for employment and wants job stability.

Job Requirements

• Must be a motivated, self-started
• Position requires mulitasking
• Must be a team player
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to type accurately
• Excellent verbal, written, computer, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional and Dependable
• Must have own car
• Only local or soon to be local candidates will be considered
• Must have U.S work authorization - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
