SalaryNorthern Landscaping Services, LLC is looking for a part time book keeper and administrative assistant. This is a flexible position that will allow employee to do most of the work remotely and at whatever time fits their schedule best. However, this employee will need to be available for occasional phone calls during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8-5)
Onboarding & initial training will be in person in Fort Collins.
Primary Responsibilities include:
*Creating and sending invoices to customers.
*Recording Payments.
* Emailing Customers who are late in their payments.
*Payroll.
*Job Costing for departments & projects.
Requirements:
*This individual must be trustworthy, be detail oriented, and be a strong communicator.
*Must be able to use a computer for basic functions including Word, Excel/Google Sheets, and other simple programs. Ability to invoice, record payments, do payroll, create and submit quarterly reports, 1099's, and other business functions on QBO .
*They must have their own reliable computer and internet access.
Pay is based on experience and we can set you up as an employee or as an independent contractor.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
