Expanding Company looking for an energetic forward thinking individual to complete our team as the first point of contact for our guests.
Essential Duties: Answer phone - greet customers, Collect and reconcile daily receipts, Invoicing and customer calls, Supply inventory and ordering.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel and Word), Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, Responds promptly to shifts in direction, priorities and schedules, Thinks strategically and is proactive. Ability to work independently and as a team. Cash Handling Skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
