As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant /Receptionist at R&R provides administrative support company wide. They are a member of the administrative department and report directly to the Controller. While this individual performs daily administrative tasks, customer service, both internal and external, is their underlying focus. Their professionalism, poise and courteous nature represent the company in a positive light and leave clients and guests with a favorable impression of R&R. This individual is a driven, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment and enjoys promoting the smooth flow of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by serving as the face of R&R, welcoming new and existing clientele and guests into the office while fostering lasting relationships with those individuals.
- Field incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate destination with polite and professional courtesy.
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments and mail.
- Focus on internal customer service by assisting team members in day-to-day operations.
- Perform administrative processes in accordance with R&R’s established policies, standards and procedures.
- Assist other departments in achieving their goals and resolving issues and concerns.
- Manage all office and kitchen supplies. Monitor and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and conference rooms.
- Administer certain employee benefits, such as RTD Eco Pass.
- Maintain company records, such as vehicle registrations, professional licenses, company directory and calendar, and building access cards.
- Assist with company events and activities, including lunch and quarterly meetings.
- Identify and assess opportunities for cost savings with vendors and business processes.
- Work to streamline administrative procedures.
- Present role specific updates to manager in a clear and succinct format.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience, preferably industry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong pursuit of continuing education.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour
