- Administer schedule for the NWHFSC Coordinator.
- Field phone calls and emails as needed.
- Order office supplies, including IT equipment.
- Other general duties as needed or assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including knowledge of office practices, grammar, spelling and educational terminology. Advanced knowledge of computers and software applications with proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Mailchimp, Sign-up Genius, and web based applications. Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts and terminology. At least one year previous administrative and/or related work experience.
- Prior related secretarial/clerical work experience desired.
- Prior customer service and Microsoft Office experience required.
- Experience in an education setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including knowledge of office practices, grammar, spelling and educational terminology.
- Advanced knowledge of computers and software applications with proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, Mailchimp, Sign-up Genius, and web based applications. Knowledge of bookkeeping concepts and terminology. At least one year previous administrative and/or related work experience.
