Looking for a Administrative Coordinator for our growing home-based, women-owned business doing office administrative work. We are looking for someone who can work 25-35 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Spanish as a second language (Preferred not required)

- Ability to communicate with others
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
Duties Include:
- General office management
- Answering and making phone calls
- Assisting others in office
- Maintain records
- Entering data
- Maintain social media accounts
- Filing office records
- Light cleaning
Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to commit to being at work on a daily basis. Must be available to work/ answer phones/ maintain social media on weekends when needed.
-Pay will be discussed at time of interview and will depend on experience.
90 day probation period.
