Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and service support duties including work order data entry
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records

-Communicate essential information to and from customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
