```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
```Skills```
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling calls in a professional manner
