Within the Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for the administration and management of spare parts, consumables and tools, ensuring their organisation and availability. In addition, you will keep the existing maintenance management programme up to date, proposing improvements and implementing them.
- To utilize your talents in administering and managing spare parts. This includes the selection and supervision of external suppliers, comparison and negotiation in case of need. In addition, you will be responsible for the inventory of spare parts, ensuring a minimum stock and anticipating orders. Recording delivery notes, managing order documentation, receipts and invoices are also part of your tasks.
- You will use your organizational and communication skills to distribute tools and spare parts in the workshop, interact with suppliers to find technical and competitive solutions, and act as a liaison between maintenance technicians and external suppliers.
In addition, you will carry out monthly accounting inventories, take care of the order and cleanliness in the workshop, and generate expense reports and KPIs. You will also update the database, register suppliers and references, and prepare KPI reports. - You will also be able to request assistance from external suppliers if necessary and you will be in charge of creating and updating the database of spare parts drawings.
- Experience in stock processing, management and control, as well as negotiation skills with suppliers. Knowledge of spare materials in areas such as electricity, pneumatics, mechanics and ironmongery is an asset, and familiarity with computer applications, especially CMMS, is a plus.
- In terms of training, a vocational training qualification in a technical area is an advantage, although it is not essential.
- In the field of office automation, an advanced command of Excel, knowledge in the use of Outlook, and experience in programmes such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks are expected, as well as the ability to interpret plans.
