Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are a financial advisory firm based in Winston-Salem with clients and team members all over the country. The job is mostly remote, but would include some in person meetings throughout the week to coordinate with the executive team as needed.
We offer a flexible work schedule with the ability to complete most of the tasks remotely as well as a competitive PTO plan and 401(k).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Draft emails and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Update spreadsheets and client data
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology (much of our work is remote)
