Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. The candidate must be comfortable with multitasking, problem-solving, and effectively managing their time. Pay is $18 an hour plus commission!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client and employee schedules
- Call and follow up with new and old leads
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Provide general administrative support to management
- Customer support
- Help with billing and invoicing
- Social Media Marketing support
Skills:
- Proficient in google sheets
- Strong phone skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment level of at least 6 months.
