High performance real-estate team is looking for a customer-service oriented assistant to manage our buyer and seller real-estate contracts. We want someone who is accurate, quick, and friendly. Although real-estate-specific experience isn’t required, we do want a candidate with general business experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team’s Transaction and Listing Managers in their duties.
- Organize and manage a high number of files, tasks, and schedules.
- Maintain and improve client relationships.
- Seek win-win outcomes in every conflict.
- Manage our Lead Generation platform—i.e. monitor and organize incoming leads and their assignment to individual realtors, manage quality of leads and marketing ads, etc.
- Manage marketing and email campaigns for the office.
- Manage the social media presence for the Evans Team and its individual realtors.
- Design a variety of basic graphics for property listings and general marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic working knowledge of editing together reels for Instagram
- Excellent working knowledge of basic office software and databases — i.e. Excel, Word, Keynote, etc.
- Basic working knowledge of Canva for graphic design
- Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms—i.e. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Thorough and detail-oriented.
- Accuracy and speed are a must.
- Friendliness under pressure is a must.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude towards growth.
- Can learn from mistakes.
- Strong ability to resolve conflict well.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to write and speak well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
