Private Practice Physical Therapy clinic located in Saint George, UT seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. This position is Mon-Fri Morning shift.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Work with other employees in a team environment.
- Call Insurance and Law Firms.
- Handling Claims.
- Scanning documents.
- Prepare and scan mail.
- Answer phone calls promptly.
- Inform patients of insurance coverage.
- Collect patient payments.
- Scan information into patient chart daily.
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

- Balance petty cash and cash ledger and prepare envelope for billing deposit.
- Assist as required to ensure proper authorizations are in place.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Billing Manager.
