Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry and transcription, and have experience with office management tasks. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination and provide support to various departments
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
