administrative assistant is responsible for administering Human Resources (People & Culture) services, to include pre-employment recruitment onboarding and orientation, employee engagement, retention, provider credential & licensure compliance, offboarding, and shared HR Services solutions for the assigned territory within the organization. The HR Administrator provides people and culture support to ensure the maintenance of company culture and ongoing positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of HR or admin experience preferably within healthcare
- Great computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and DocuSign.
- Naturally outgoing and friendly attitude with personal commitment and passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate service standards to our internal customers.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy.
- Must be well organized, able to work under pressure and handle several projects at one time meeting deadlines with great verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires strong multi-level, interpersonal communication skills as well as good trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- aPHR Credential
- 2 Years of Payroll processing experience in Home Health or related field preferred

- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant applications. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and technologies.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to interact professionally with colleagues, insurance companies and patients is essential.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive approve to problem- solving and the ability to think critically to resolve issues as they arise.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team and support colleagues when needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments. Willingness to take on new and more responsibilities and challenges as necessary.

Preferred-
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional education or certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
2+ years’ experience preferred, in a healthcare setting a bonus.
