Position requires:

Primary Responsibilities include:
· Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
· Review, approve, and process daily service calls , documenting errors and inconsistencies. Quotes . order parts .
· Daily matching of orders with completed work tickets
· Ensure all work tickets are signed and invoice .
· Calculate work tickets, verifying quoted pricing on parts and services
· Prepare and dispatch service calls for approval by manager/owner
· Assist in quotes , calls and everyday work needed
· Track and schedule
· Obtain, file, and monitor all calls .
· Prepare purchase orders as required for parts .
Secondary Responsibilities include:
· Coordinate and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of mechanics
· Receive and process customer / orders
· Assign specific orders and create schedules (both daily and installs )
· Maintain VAN inventory and location status
· Daily review of submitted quotes
· Rotating on-call responsibilities when needed on weekends .
· Go over and consistently check all service calls previous days and weeks and perform daily task needed to provide good service to our customers .
