Great opportunity to join and help build an expanding disruptive game company in the Kensington area and become the primary point of contact for a busy Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for our CEO to assist with growing the business!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Supporting the Senior Executive with administrative functions and manage the executive office on a day-to-day basis.
· Filing, faxing, emailing, and general business in the executive office.
· Answering phones.
· Email – review e-mail while out of the office and advise CEO of any information needing immediate attention.
· Assuring that all correspondence (letters and emails) reflects a professional image with correct grammar, composition, and accuracy and that all phone conversations are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
· Coordinating all travel, business, and personal.
· Calendar management. Arrange meetings & appearances, including international travel and scheduling.
· Coordination with the executive team in managing personal schedules of the CEO, organizing his daily calendar and project lists.
· Planning and implementation of Board and Shareholder meetings and reports
· Manage and maintain company directory and database of critical organization information
· Act as a point of contact for all outside vendors, partners, and agencies.
· Opening and sorting mail. The Assistant needs to know the subject matter of checks and other mail that will be sorted, i.e.: personal, multiple businesses, etc.
· Making sure the Chairperson/CEO and the Company are always presented in a professional manner.
· Maintain Confidentiality.
· Assisting with occasional personal business. This may include, but not limited to, social planning for various events globally. Interacting with CEO’s spouse, and from time to time helping with various personal tasks.
In addition to relevant experience, a successful candidate should have the following:
· Bachelors Degree and a high level of sophistication and professionalism.
· 2 - 5 years previous Administrative Assistant experience with higher-level executives, mainly CEOs, Presidents, or preferably partners in law or consulting firms.
· Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suites: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with Mac computers and specifically “Keynote” is a strong plus.
· Stellar written and oral communication skills. Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
· Capable of assuming a leadership role in regards to the organization and its processes and behavior.
· Emotional maturity and ability to stay calm and remain effective during crises
· Ability to anticipate problems before they occur and to double-check all work to assure accuracy.
· Ability to multi-task and work occasional after-hour events.
· Legal or consulting firm administrative experience a plus (i.e. in a law firm, a consulting firm, or working for a general counsel)'
