We're looking to hire a Temporary Administrative Assistantfor a local government client. **Position is contingent upon contract award**
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data as it relates to Administrative Services to include Operations, Fiscal, Appeals, Legislative Services & IT.
- Assist the Program Manager with research and compile data at the direction of the Program Manager.
- Analyze and interpret data with the Director and other program heads.
- Prepare statistical tables, charts, reports, and other spreadsheets.
- Reconcile vendor invoices submitted for payment.
- Assist the Program Manager with the formulation and distribution of the individual and group weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
- Enter and track provider information for Medicaid renewals.
- Log information in a google form spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
- Assist with collecting, filing, and tracking daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Assist with work-flow charts, staffing patterns, and organizational charts, etc.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative tasks.
- MS Office
