We are hiring immediately for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will work well with team members and be proficient in excel and data entry. The Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper will be responsible for the everyday entering, filing, and maintenance of data and paperwork.
Responsibilities
- File client documents, bills, and other documentation as needed
- Order paperwork and supplies from Vista Print and Office Depot
- Assist the Onboarding Team with new client files
- Assist all Departments with needed paperwork and supplies
- Create or edit spreadsheets and databases
- Maintain and update files
- Bookkeeping of bills and company finances
- Enter invoices and bills into QuickBooks
- Proficiency with excel required
- Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred but not required
- File state/local property/business taxes/licenses

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
