Legal Assistant/Receptionist

Trivedi & Khan, PC is looking to engage a LEGAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST for its Schaumburg, IL office. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of office experience. Trivedi & Khan, PC is a small law firm with offices in Chicago and Schaumburg, IL. The firm practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, corporate transactions, estate planning, and various other fields of practice.

The position entails tasks such as answering the telephone, billing and collection, preparing mailings, drafting correspondence, organizing court documents, maintaining and managing the firm's calendar, client contact, and maintaining the office.

Requirements: Must be highly organized, motivated, dependable, quick learner, detail-oriented, positive attitude and able to multi-task and shift priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Efficiently communicating with co-workers, clients, other attorneys, judges, and court staff
Ability to plan appropriately and meet deadlines
Working with senior attorneys and paralegals to perform tasks as required
