We are looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team and help support our construction projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the construction industry, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Construction Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of materials, providing support to the construction team, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule weekly conference calls, document call notes, and disperse to the team.
- Monitory that Daily Reports are completed for all active projects.
- Monitor that all Percent Completes are completed each month.
- Monitor that all Look Aheads are completed each month for each project.
- Use ProCore to schedule and create tasks for all projects/employees.
- Add new subcontractors and vendors to ProCore
- Keep Subcontractor lists up to date for all projects.
- Keep Construction Matrixes up to date for all projects
- Track Owner selections for all projects.
- Contact new and existing Subcontractors for all required paperwork (General Liability Insurance, Workers Comp/Waiver, and W-9)
- Edit and distribute contracts and revisions for all Subcontractors on each project, with the assistance of Project Managers.
- Edit and distribute Purchase Orders and revisions for all vendors on each project, with the assistance of Project Managers.
- General office work, errands, etc. as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
