What You Will Do:
Work under general supervision to provide administrative support all departments within the Broken Arrow facility
Interact politely and professionally with customers and co-workers
Provide coverage for the front desk of facility by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors upon arrival
Perform clerical work such as mail and invoice collection and delivery, order processing, break, conference rooms and training center maintenance, employee badges, fleet vehicle support, parking lot coordination, inventory and office supply coordination
Plan and support meetings and site wide events and assist Executive Administrative Assistant with executive events as needed.
Assist with programming of variable speed drive (VSD) modems
Scan and file manufacturing and quality documents
Occasionally assist with physical inventories and cycle counts outdoors

Work schedule – Generally Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
Minimum Qualifications
2 years experience
Basic organization and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Advanced Microsoft Excel to include vLookups and Pivot Tables
Familiar with general office equipment, i.e. audio visual equipment, copiers, scanners
Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment
