We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant will ensure the office operates smoothly by managing varied responsibilities to keep the office running.
In order to succeed in this role, you must be a competent and organized professional with exceptional communication skills needed for dealing with inspectors and business owners. You must also be able to execute all administrative activities with speed and accuracy.
Position responsibilities:
- Receiving and answering phone calls along with texts to the business phone
- Scheduling appointments for inspectors and business owners for estimates and repairs
- Providing follow-up correspondence to business owners or inspectors on any change requests
- Following office workflow procedures for ensuring maximum efficiency
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical skill
- 6+ months of customer services experience
- 6+ months of scheduling appointments
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- High school or equivalent diploma or work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years knowledge of construction work
- 1+ years of customer services experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications
