Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with established procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control role.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with fabricating processes and precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
