We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our JP Tank team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our office by managing calendars, performing data entry, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and possess strong organizational skills.
```Duties```
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
-Helping onboard new hires, enrolling new hires in required trainings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
```Experience```
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
