Summary:

Experienced Administrative Assistant with a good work ethic needed for high volume national home builder. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Candidates must be reliable, energetic, and able to multitask. Construction, Mortgage, Real Estate, or Manufactured Housing experience a plus, but not required.

This position is responsible for accounts payable, sub-contractor management, assisting in loan processing and customer service coordination, and admin sales support.
