Administrative Assistant

WE NEED A COURT REPORTER’S ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT!

The Court Reporter’s Administrative Assistant is the “right-hand” of our Owner who owns and operates a BUSY court reporting business.

This is an in-person, Contract (1099/project) role that has the potential to grow for the right candidate. Must love dogs!

YOU ARE OUR NEXT COURT REPORTER’S ADMIN IF:

- You are a seasoned Administrative Assistant with a confident and robust skillset
- You are comfortable in our Owner’s Napa home office that is shared with an adorable, large puppy
- You prefer early morning hours— even 7am start times—with most afternoons off
- You have a solid, old-school work ethic and are self-motivated
- You know your way around tech, small business equipment & can troubleshoot if needed
- You consider yourself a notch above in terms of English grammar
- You are trainable, catch on quickly, and are proactive in asking questions
- You are a responsive, respectful, and mature communicator
- You are a perfectionist and quietly smile at your tiny margin of error
- You can take direction and don’t bristle when a mistake is brought to your attention
- You understand and appreciate “strict confidentiality”
- You are eager to take ownership of a role while operating within the confines of it
- You don’t sweat deadlines; you methodically assess the task and confidently execute on time, every time
- You efficiently run errands as part of your role
