We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for providing administrative help to the Utility Director. The right candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a professional office environment.
- Provides administrative support to the Utility Director
- Assists in coordination and scheduling of meetings, Outlook calendars, copying and report creation, creation of correspondence and preparation of preparation of power point slides.
- Accepts office calls and greets visitors; processes mail including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and accepting deliveries.
- Serves as a contact for TCU customers, outside agencies, and organizations; provides information and assistance including responding to requests and inquiries from customers and the public for information and assistance.
- Provides follow up assistance as needed to managers and supervisor to ensure that deliverables stay on task.
- Assists with preparation of monthly expense reports in accordance with K&P’s travel & expense policies.
- Coordinates with the billing company on meter reading and billing
- Maintains dashboards and graphs using key performance indicators for customer service, plant, and system operations and maintenance
- Performs administrative activities of routine and moderate difficulty in support of assigned department, which may include developing and updating a variety of databases
