Steppin' Up Physical Therapy is growing and we are in need of a Administrative Assistant at our Admin Office!
This role would also include floating aid for our clinics as a receptionist on a as needed basis. You will primarily work out of our Admin Office as a billing specialist.
We are looking for someone with the gift of hospitality to care for our patients! Currently, we are looking for coverage from 8:00am to 4:30pm with floating coverage within hours of 7am - 7pm as needed by our clinics. Hours are subject to change.
Some duties may include, but are not limited to: checking in/out patients, preparing charts, collecting patient payments, maintaining a petty cash log, answering phones, scheduling, preparing any equipment for treatment, performing the housekeeping duties of the clinic, performing other diverse duties as requested or required.
Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, proficient in fundamental computer skills; health insurance knowledge not required, but preferred

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
