Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our real estate agent in various administrative tasks on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the real estate industry while providing valuable support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the real estate agent with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses for properties.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
- Assist with research tasks related to property listings, market trends, and client inquiries.
- Maintain databases and filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, handling mail, and ordering office supplies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the real estate agent.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
