Job Description
We are seeking an on-site Administrative Assistant Receptionist for our financial advisory firm located in Alpharetta, GA. The Administrative Assistant Receptionist has overall responsibility for providing comprehensive administrative support to the supervising financial advisors. They should be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized with great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. The ideal candidate is approachable and respectful, and displays high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Initial Primary Duties:
- Partner with Financial Advisors as they build their business and provide support such as account creation and maintenance. This will include the submission of life insurance applications and acting as the liaison between advisors, clients and underwriters to troubleshoot issues and minimize delays in business processing.
- Coordinate with team members to accomplish the common goal of providing exceptional service.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Follow up with clients by email and telephone and in doing so, communicate effectively and politely.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree preferred; minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role will be considered in lieu of degree
- Ability to pass a background check (following offer acceptance, mandatory firm requirements include a background check and fingerprinting)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Affinity toward a driven, self-started work environment
Compensation:
