Administrative Assistant

Ideal candidates will have relevant skills and experience (not necessarily in the non-profit

arena), but we will consider entry level candidates with strong volunteer leadership.

The Administrative Assistant will be supervised exclusively by the Lead Organizer.

smart, committed, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team to assist the organization in

managing the administrative operations of the organization.

Manage the organization’s email, phone, and written mail

Ensure that the office is physically set up for success with essential supplies

Assist in preparation of materials for organizational events and mailings

Attend and help prepare for organizational events

Assist organizing staff in making reminder phone calls for key events

Maintain database of organizational contacts

Assist staff and communication team leaders with communications, including website

maintenance, email updates, newsletters, and posting to social media

Assist staff in preparing congregational attendance reports from community assemblies and in

updating network member tracking forms

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
