The role of an Administrative Assistant is crucial in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our community. They provide assistance in daily office tasks, ensuring a collaborative team environment. The Administrative Assistant also ensures that every team member has the necessary resources to support their customers effectively and achieve success.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Reply to any emails, text messages, and voicemails daily, within 24 hours.
- Maintain Copier/Printer
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the office.
- Maintain organization of records, processes, and systems
- Support the Recruiting team
- Assist with creating job postings
- Assist with interviews
- Assist with the job offers
- Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
- Assist with creating the new employee's profiles
- Support the Intake/Contract team
- Assist with Intake Calls for new customers
- Assist with signing and returning documents for customers
- Assist with creating the customer’s profile.
Qualifications:

- Proficient with Google and Windows platforms (including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word)
- Must have integrity and an eagerness to grow
- Knowledge of the I/DD community
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail
- Be cleared through a federal background check
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED

Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $27.00
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
