Job Description:
The Business Systems Associate (BSA) position will be responsible for supporting project initiatives impacting the brokerage mainframe application, ISPS. The environment is fast-paced, and candidate must have flexibility with their work schedule. The BSA will act as a liaison between business and technical resources, defining business processes to support projects, and must be able to work with little to no supervision. The BSA will be asked to represent the application daily, monitoring inquiries and attending project calls. A strong oral and written communication set, knowledge of Microsoft tools, and Agile framework is required. It is preferred to have a candidate with knowledge of the small package / freight brokerage process.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in a related field
-3+ years of related experience
-Strong oral and written communication set
-Knowledge of Microsoft tools
-Small package/Freight brokerage exposure preferred
