Growing hospitality company looking for an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper who is an outstanding multitasker with great communication and time management skills.
All aspects of bookkeeping with our in-house accounting software.
Data input, reconciliation, & labor management.
Computer skills should include knowledge in Excel and Word.
Willing to learn and assist in any tasks that arise.
Must be organized and detail oriented with excellent people and team skills, must be able to work independently efficiently and problem solve.
Inventory and Ordering supplies for multiple hotels.
Human resource tasks for record keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
