Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to Sr. Level Management. Interacts with staff (at all levels) and business associates in a fast-paced environment, requiring a flexible and proactive approach to handling responsibilities with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Tasks
- To model by example the Company’s mission statement by being an empowered, passionate and positive associate who strives to improve the quality of life for our associates, our guests and the community through service, excellence and innovation.
- Responsible for managing the daily calendar for senior level executives.
- Manage incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Administer incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of Senior Management.
- Assist with meetings and preparation of presentation materials.
- Coordinate of travel, including flights, ground transportation and accommodation, as needed.
- Review and submit monthly bills for payment.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- All other duties, as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- College degree or relevant college work highly preferred
- 3-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, or related position, supporting Sr. Level Management REQUIRED
- Strong technical skills with working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Trustworthy with a keen understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and events
