Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling the maintenance and repair for our customers. You will work closely with the Lead Maintenance Coordinator to ensure that all jobs are scheduled appropriately. The ideal candidate will have experience in a office setting and willingness to adapt to a progressing environment.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers to schedule maintenance appointments and provide relevant information about the service.
- Provide general office support as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with administrative tasks such as filing etc...
- Actively participate in meetings and discussions aimed at improving the efficiency of the department.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic office environment.
- Communicate with the maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary information and resources to carry out scheduled tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM (This time is somewhat flexible)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor are important
