WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
As our Administrative Assistant-Laboratory Administrator, you start your day by interacting with customers, addressing requests and confirmations warmly and quickly. Your responses are always timely and professional, ensuring complete customer satisfaction every time!
Throughout the day, you efficiently schedule testing jobs, coordinating with laboratory staff and clients to allocate resources and meet deadlines. As the day progresses, you also dedicate time to accurately preparing and managing job invoices. Additionally, you maintain detailed records and follow up on any discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and timely payment processing. Through your meticulous hard work, you help keep our lab running smoothly and efficiently!
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
- High school diploma and 2+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills (with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines.
- Eligibility for U.S. Department of Defense Secret Clearance, including U.S. Citizenship.
