We’re seeking a Vice President of Finance to become a part of our senior leadership team, leading strategic financial initiatives that will drive company growth, optimize customer acquisition, and ensure long-term financial health. What you’ll do

• Financial Planning and Resource Allocation - Take the lead in crafting actionable financial plans and forecasts to guide resource allocation decisions across all company functions.

• Customer Segmentation and Revenue Funnel Optimization - Develop comprehensive customer segments and refine revenue funnel metrics to enhance visibility into doxy.me's growth drivers, and optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.

• Cash Management and Scenario Analysis - Manage cash burn and conduct scenario analyses to ensure the company's long-term financial health.

• Investment Opportunities and Risk Management - Identify unique investment opportunities, assess risks for new projects, and optimize risk factors to enhance overall financial performance.

• Financial Communication and Literacy - Continuously monitor, adjust, and communicate financial plans to enhance the financial literacy, transparency, and alignment of the entire organization.

• Accounting and Regulatory Compliance - Manage the accounting structure, systems, and operating procedures to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Team Leadership and Development - Build and lead a high-performing finance team that serves as a trusted partner to the broader organization.

• Vendor Management - Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and procurement.

Your skills and qualifications

• You possess expertise in the economics of rapidly scaling product-led businesses with a self-serve revenue model.

• You collaborate closely with marketing, sales & ops teams to allocate spending and analyze, model, and optimize revenue funnels.

• You demonstrate a results-driven approach, making impactful decisions under tight timelines.

• You're capable of comfortably navigating and planning around ambiguity, with a proven track record of helping companies achieve ambitious financial targets.

• You exhibit service-oriented leadership with high integrity, providing the right context to the team and inspiring them to surpass expectations.
