Administrative Assistant – Juniper Ridge Resort (Show Low, AZ)
Juniper Ridge Resort has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for daily reconciliation of the point-of-sale terminals, accounts payables/receivables, accurate data entry, reimbursements. We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented, professional candidate. Training will be provided.
This position is a 32 Hours/Weekly.
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Hands on experience with MS Excel spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Self-motivated to provide detailed orientated services
Job Responsibilities:
- Code and enter vendor expense invoices.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
- Reconcile multiple bank statements and credit card statements.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Monitor daily communications and answer any queries.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Filing, scanning, and archiving.
- Set up new vendors.
- Prepare check requests.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Back up to the front desk when needed.
- Problem-solve accounting-related issues.
- Team with staff on special projects when needed.
- Team with Board of Directors when needed.
